The most important objective of the project and the exercise is the testing and improvement of the Community Civil Protection Mechanism in case of assistance necessary in a disaster exceeding the response capacities of the certain country. This means the incorporation of the team capacities through the civil protection modules, thus the solving of the language, command and the interoperability of teams and equipment.

The scenario aims to mitigate and to eliminate the transboundary consequences of a natural disaster, radiological and chemical incident, as well the potential consequences of the european critical infrastructure.
